I've got distribution lists set up already and can send a text to the list which generates a text message to the recipients, I'm just curious if it is possible to automate the process so that when dude generates a notification and it emails the techs, something triggers and sends to the distro list. We can set it up in dude but the message it generates isn't really customer friendly. How are others doing this? I want the message to only go to customers affected.
