Nathan, We paid prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon scale, if I recall correctly on two projects last year. Both projects funded by USDA grants. We paid electricians scale for all our folks, and passed an audit on one of the projects. Indiana has a different pay scale for each county the work is performed in.
Keep your documentation. Properly filled out signed weekly time statements, and pay stubs made it very easy to pass. We paid around $40-$45 that included fringe benefits.
