I hope that I am not duplicating a post to this thread.... but... When logging into our Wireless Orbit account (hotspot manager, radius server, payment processing, etc... for those who are not familiar with them)... I see a very disturbing message of the day:

We will bill no customers for the current month (November) but if you have any outstanding balance with us please pay it as it is for services you've already received.
