If you purchased Witango 4.0 full product, an upgrade, or a Step Up (through autohorized channels) after April 1st 2002, you will get Version 5 Free. As for prior to that there has been talk about a graduated pricing based on time of purchase, but, this is still in the works and as of yet not official.
