Witango-Talk: (OT) MS Developer Program

I apologize if it wasn't this list, but I recall a month or so back someone posted a link to the program offered by Microsoft for developers to get all of their software for development use, it was like $350/year  or something.  Does anybody recall the link or have the post.  BTW, I searched the EXCELLENT archive at witango.ws and was unsuccessful.
