Dan, Ben, Brad, MS do the Action Pack here in the U.K also, and there was one 'gotcha' that may be relevant... The money you pay is a yearly subscription, isn't it? If MS decided to not continue the Action Pack at some future date, you would no longer be able to renew your subscription, and therefore would have to stop using all those products.
The US equivalent may be slightly different, but this was one potential problem when I looked at it. Just a warning...
