I'm getting worried about With Enterprises ability to perform customer support for WiTango.  I've had an issue (that I'd posted to this list first) where my user variables disappear between one page and the next, randomly.  I've emailed With about the issue and did get a response from Phil and Sophie offering a new patch to the server to see if the problem went away.  It didn't and I replied as such.  But I haven't heard anything back nor have I got a response to subsequent emails to them.  As it stands, we've paid for the upgrade to the new version but I can't use it because this issue is so severe.  I'm wondering if there's a better way to go about getting customer support for the product?
