Go to http://www.dnsreport.com and type In your mail server domain name

If it fails Reverse DNS entries for MX Records that is why.

Spam is getting to epidemic proportions. AOL as I have turned on PTR record matching. If your MX record doesn’t reverse to the sending IP it won’t get through. You can test this by trying to send to my address [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Subject: Witango-Talk: [OFF TOPIC] Mail server

Hey List,

I have a WiTango ecommerce site. It sends a confirmation email to the client after their order.

For some reason, all the email to AOL is being bounced back. Any other domain is fine. Has anyone encountered this, and is there a way to fix it?

My mail server is set up with tight security, and no spam is being sent from my server.

Thanks,
