Go to http://www.dnsreport.com and type In your mail server domain name If it fails Reverse DNS entries for MX Records that is why.   Spam is getting to epidemic proportions. AOL as I have turned on PTR record matching. If your MX record doesn’t reverse to the sending IP it won’t get through.
