I use Witango 5 but no special mail function. I have not had a problem with even 4,000 emails. But very important is to not use BCC to send the emails out but send one per person. If you use BCC you will very soon find you are blocked by SPAM filters from all over and won't even be able to send one. And worse that that if you use a large ISP like say XO then one of their mail servers will get blacked and it will affect everyone on that server.
