OK, new twist.  The email must contain a PDF attachment.

Is it possible to do this via the SMTP queue?  I've been reading up on
creating SMTP emails, and I think I've got most of it figured out except
for this.

If not, I'm back to needing a safe number for batching Tango2000 emails.
