Hey Dan,

I've ran into this before a few times.

Basically, I've negotiated with my client that if I re-use the same code,
the look and feel would be different, but because it's a standard form
that's used by other sites on the internet, that if I were to create the
code from scratch again, it would function exactly the same.

Usually a standard Non-dislosure and non-compete is enough to make the
client feel comfortable.
