True Roland,   In one of my more in-depth agreements i refer to the client's corporate identity. This means the layout of the site with corporate colors, the colors & fonts used in the navigation buttons, logos, pictures, and other items that make the corporate identity. sometimes the corporate identity is copywrited.   Rick careful: 'design concepts' is a vague term and web UIs tend not to be unique. You know: section menus on top and navigation device on the left and.....
