[I did work for a bank and was issued a CD with the corporate identity standards. Had to sign an NDA to get it, then promise to obey all the rules, which were VERY numerous - filling the CD, in fact - and allowed zero graphic options. ]

In one of my more in-depth agreements i refer to the client's corporate identity. This means the layout of the site with corporate colors, the colors & fonts used in the navigation buttons, logos, pictures, and other items that make the corporate identity. sometimes the corporate identity is copywrited.

careful: 'design concepts' is a vague term and web UIs tend not to be unique. You know: section menus on top and navigation device on the left and..... We converge on conventional layouts and navigation UIs because it makes a site familiar and easy to use.
