John,
I am having the EXACT same problem and have tried everything possible to
resolve. I too am using the .009 release with 2003 SP1.
With Friendly HTTP Error Messages turned OFF all I get is "The specified
module could not be found."
I have followed all the configuration requirements and even the latest
instructions via support. HAS ANYONE GOT THIS TO WORK??? I have even
removed and re-installed IIS (and Witango) several times. Any suggestions
from support? I have tried all the obvious settings (plug-in, mappings,
location, etc...)
Thanks,
Dominick Delio

You have to be getting a better error than that... Turn off your "Friendly
HTTP Error messages in your browser"
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Uncheck "Show Friendly HTTP Error
Messages"

Hi There:
Does anyone encounter any problem running the latest WiTango55.009 patch
on Windows 2003 server?
We installed the patch/release correctly, with all the proper settings
including plug-ins/mapping and so on (verified by WiTango support). But
it didn't work. We kept getting "The page cannot be displayed" http:500
error.
We tried it on 3 brand new Dell servers and the problems were the same.
However, previous release WiTango55.003 works just fine.
Any idea? Please help!!
Thanks!
MC
