I can confirm that these dlls missing is the problem you are seeing. I'm not sure why the installer didn't pick up on this. These DDLs are now necessary for the IIS plugin to work (not the Witango.exe).
Instead of installing them into the scripts folder, however, you can also put them in the system32 folder (normally WINNT/SYSTEM32, but sometimes WINDOWS/SYSTEM32). This is where they should technically reside.
