what if the program you used was open sourced Peter and the developers weren't paying any royalties? I think what Robert is using is open sourced or atleast the jpg libraries he's using are.
still kinda messed up that they would go after people using the software and not the developers themselves but its not so different from how some entertainment companies were going after individuals downloading mp3s illegaly as well as goign after the people making software to allow it to happen.
