If there is only one issue holding up taking a newer drop, then I believe we should get closure on that issue. I think Bob would know the most about this, so Bob, it'd be great if you could update the information in the bug (or assign it to someone who should own it). IIRC this is just going to turn into a documentation issue since wixca.dll is required for the PrintEULA functionality right?
