Fragmenting history.txt by date/release would be of particular interest to me, so that I know what should go into the change log when pushing a release to SourceForge :)
I think breaking changes may deserve a place in README and the release notes. I (as a general WiX user) would like to be very aware of what may break when testing a new build :)

Should we add another file or just be more explicit about breaking
changes in history.txt? We could also segment history.txt by date/release.
