We're discussing this topic on Thursday's meeting, right? Because I'm not
sure how much we can accommodate migrating custom themes from 3.x to 4.x if
we do all the features I'm thinking of, like somehow allowing a button to
navigate to a new page. Then we would remove a lot of logic in WixStdBA
code and reimplement it in the themes.
