Hmmm... I had expected the shortcuts to display in the order that they are installed, absent any other ordering. Looking at the Shortcut table in Orca as well as the log of an install, I can see they are not being displayed in that order. Following a hint in your note, I reordered the shortcuts by hand, uninstalled and reinstalled. The shortcuts retain their order in spite of being "removed" XP must be caching this order info somewhere. For better testing, I'd like to know where that is and clear it out periodically. Any ideas?
