Just to rule anything out.
I'm using Debian Squeeze and I used git-buildpackage with the latest
git.
What about your version of libwaster3 and the versions of all of
their
dependencies?
libwraster3 == 0.95.0-1
libgif4 == 4.1.6-9
libjpeg62 == 6b1-1
libpng12-0 == 1.2.44-1+squeeze1
libtiff4 == 3.9.4-5+squeeze3
libx11-6 == 2:1.3.3.4
libxpm4 == 1:3.5.8-1
[snip]
I am at work now. I will test this tonight.
Umm, you libwraster3 version is 0.95.0-1, but the debian-unstable
version is 0.95.0-4.
Can you try the unstable version for a while? The unstable version
don't need other packages nor changes nothing in your system. You only
needs change the sources.list, apt-get update, apt-get install wmaker.
This command will update the wmaker package, wmaker-common package,
libutils2, libwraster, but not libgif4, jpeg4... Then, after the test,
you can edit the sources.list again, remove the packages with dpkg
--purge, and install the wmaker again from git.
Thanks.
Cheers.
