This is because the "Games" are not included in debian inside "Applications". 
See /usr/share/applications:

grep section /usr/share/menu/* | cut -d: -f2

I only moved Applications to the root. There, are in the same level :-)

I know, but I cannot do nothing. We don't have a separator in wmaker menus.
