[wmii] java apps and wmii -- solved

maybe someone does'nt know yet...
problem: using java swing/awt apps under wmii/linux really is a pain in the 
arse, because when java app loses focus, it never gain focus again by switching 
back to its window, only by mouse click.
solution: use old MToolkit Java AWT implementation instead of new (and more 
buggy) XToolkit: 
$ export AWT_TOOLKIT=MToolkit
