I have to agree with Jim. The prohibition is prolly part of the employee handbook that he agreed to follow when he became an employee of NBC News.
And before anyone reminds me of it, Fox should have thrown the book at Cavuto for the same offense back in 2002 or 2004. And unlike Hannity, I think Olbermann thinks of himself as a journalist. Let's see if this lasts a week or he gets the full David Shuster treatment.
