Seems MSNBC's "ethical policy" is that "talent" must ask permission ahead of time. Joe did, Keith didn't. Policy doesn't apply to CNBC, so Kudlow is off the hook.
I thought the same thing re: KO's shelf life. Hard to imagine him just accepting the punishment. Will this apply to him, too, or is MSNBC taking Keith out as a result of the election? It also occurs to me that Keith's historical shelf life on any given show has never been more than 5 years or so before he crosses the boss. Too bad Jonathan Larsen bailed on us.
