New sample widget - Walkthrough

As recently discussed on the mailing list [1] I have built a new widget for to
be considered for inclusion as an demo. I've tidied it up ready for
distribution and think it is now ready for testing etc. The name Walkthrough is
a quick fix and better suggestions are sought.
The widget was developed by myself as OpenDirective for the University of
Oxford. It was commission by the UK IPO http://ipo.gov.uk. The example Data set
was created by Rowan Wilson of OSS Watch.
I've attached it as a zip and look forward to comments.
