Ross Gardler commented on WOOKIE-253:
-------------------------------------
WIth respect to the transitions that is a problem with JQuery Mobile. The
transitions don't work in some desktop browsers (fair enough given that it is
for mobile devices).
There are a number of things that can be done about this, but since the widget
is usable as is I see no reason for this to stop us including it, at least in
scratchpad (I'll be putting it into scratchpad and will use it as a test case
for deciding how we take things out of there but that's off topic for this
issue).

> As recently discussed on the mailing list [1] I have built a new widget for
> to be considered for inclusion as an demo. I've tidied it up ready for
> distribution and think it is now ready for testing etc. The name Walkthrough
> is a quick fix and better suggestions are sought.
> The widget was developed by myself as OpenDirective for the University of
> Oxford. It was commission by the UK IPO http://ipo.gov.uk. The example Data
> set was created by Rowan Wilson of OSS Watch.
> I've attached it as a zip and look forward to comments.
