The requirements were for the actions list to be downloadable and the simple
cut n paste solution was not acceptable. As you can't initiate a download from
the client it has to be done with server support and the php script was a very
simple solution. I guess it could be replaced with JSP or some such.
However I am working on an alternative HTML page with a print option to replace
this. It should be complete by the end of today (assuming ant run ivy:resolve
actually finishes some time today).
