El problema era que el texto está copiado de un PDF por lo que la opción Alt+page down no funciona. Como indicaron Fernando y Héctor, el documento estaba lleno de marcas de párrafo. Me he descargado el Tools Plus que recomendó Fernando y ha limpiado el documento, creando los párrafos automáticamente. Muchas gracias a todos de nuevo por vuestra ayuda.
