Don't blame the end user for the lousy browser their employer sticks them with. Educate the employers instead.
Sure, if it works - don't change it.
By supporting NN4 you just keep it alive and give message to bureaucrats that it is OK browser.
So make it stop working.
I think that employee saying "Boss! This **** doesn't work!" is the best way to educate employers...
