Possibly the file build-doc.sh has lost its "executable" flag? Try
$ chmod +x build-doc.sh
do you want edit candidates submitted yet,and if so, how should I do so?
For now, you can email the edited file wsjtx-main.txt to me, and I'll
submit it.
If/when you have a registered login name at Berlios, let me know what it
is and I'll add you to the list of those with SVN commit privileges.
