Hi Chuck and all,
I discovered that you'll also need to install the GNU source-highlight
package:
$ sudo apt-get install source-highlight
I assume this is the reason for the warning messages you saw.
I have now added the KI7MT documentation directory and its contents to
the wsjtx branch of our SVN repository. You'll see that I have done
some first-pass editing of the main source file, wsjtx-main.txt>
The resulting updated *.html files are posted at
http://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/K1JT/wsjtx-doc/wsjtx-main.html
http://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/K1JT/wsjtx-doc/wsjtx-main-toc.html
http://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/K1JT/wsjtx-doc/wsjtx-main-toc2.html
Further editing is needed, not least because Greg's original was based
on an MS-Word file from last August.

fb, all installed. scripts ran without incident except build-doc.sh
which I
ran in terminal so I saw some type of formatting problem messages that
looked like thy might have been specific to greg's wkstn config. So my
12-04.3 Ubuntu seems solid so far. output files all look same as
those you
posted. tu -this is answering a lot of questions for me...chuck
