Thanks Greg, I will have a look at the links but at this point don't feel qualified to voice any opinions about which tool is best. Whatever helps me learn what you guys expect will do just fine. I do like the idea of open logging of requests, bug reports, manual edits, etc. into a single tracking system we can all use.
That would set the stage for our manual production effort to begin with some form of review about priorities, which then become action items in the workflow tool.
