I was going bring this up when things calmed down with the release and
all, but that's exactly what I was thinking, a User Guide and Dev
Guide, and have all the heavy stuff in the Dev Guide (compiling,
custom install / use cases, etc etc) and if folks want to know about
it, point them to the dev-guide.
