Greetings,

I've started to work on doing some clean-up of the make/cmake/qmake
files for WSPR-X, and noticed there are a number of binary (ar and
dll) files in the svn repo.

The svn documentation discourages storing binary files, and in my
experience that is pretty good advice, (make can get fooled by the
timestamps, link problems because of incompatible object files, and
they gooble up lots of space as changes can't be stored as diffs).

I was going to remove them from the repo as part of my clean-up, but
figured I should check first. (I noticed that the much more active
WSJT-X repo does not contain any binary files).

73, John
