plus any others intended for v1.5.0 should be applied to the current 
docs branch ^/branches/doc/wsjtx .

Once that is complete I will migrate the user guide parts of that branch 
into the wsjtx branches starting with wsjtx-1.5. I will merge those 
changes into the development branch and build some RC2 kits of v1.5.0. 
The RC2 kits will include a user guide HTML file ready to be dropped 
onto the project web server along with the kits and release notes.
