A yellow Tx status indicator implies JT65 mode, is that the mode you are using? > > Additionally, if TX Enable is red, and Halt pressed during a receive > period, it also stays red. Does this always misbehave or does it sometimes disable "Enable Tx" when "Halt" is clicked in an Rx period? > > I just built r5598 and found it to have the "problem" - machine is Win7 > 64bit. > > The recipe to see it is just normal operation of the program. "Enable Tx" will only transmit immediately if the current period is the selected Tx period. Are you saying that "Enable Tx " no longer starts transmission even in the selected transmission period? > > I notice also that the message next to the green timer always says "TX > enable disarmed" at all times. The status bar item "Tx-Enable Armed" indicates that the option in "Settings->General" "Double-click on call sets Tx enable" is checked. It indicates that double-clicking a decode will turn on "Enable Tx" if it is not already on. > > At home, Vista 32 bit, all earlier releases up to a certain time, behave > "correctly".
