I've been using USB/Rig Split for a LONG time.

6590 started changing the bandwidth.  Changing to Mode=None stopped
it.  (still on rig split)

6596 still shows that behavior

6597 still shows that behavior.

However, on 6597 if I switch split to None and Mode=USB, then the
bandwidth does not change.  Isn't that backwards from what you think
it should be doing?  Should split mode matter?
P.S. 6596 does this too so 6597 doesn't seem to have changed any behavior.

Went back to 6589 and no combination of split and mode causes the
bandwidth to change.

If you'd like me to get a trace log remind me how to enable cat
tracing (preferably for JTSDK building).  Looks like it's changed from
what it used to be.
