Hmmm. For many years, every time I look around 7040 I hear PSK31, so I thought that was the 40M watering hole. And I'll bet the guys on the expedition did too. Remember, it is the DXpedition that chooses operating frequencies, NOT the stations that want to work them. If you have a complaint, email to the DXpedition pilot would be the place to start. And while you're at it, be prepared to suggest where they should set up shop that is NOT the standard FT8 frequency, and that won't make someone else unhappy.
