Hi Gary,

this is not correct, don;t do that. The Rx offset goes your QSO partners frequency for two reasons, firstly because that directs messages decoded at that offset to the Rx Frequency decodes window, and more importantly the decoder tries first and harder to decode at that offset. This is possible because more resources can be spent on decoding the most likely spot before trying everywhere else in the decoder passband.

If you do not want to see decodes in the Rx Frequency windows then drag the splitter bar between the windows to the right until you can't see it any more, that way you will not be crippling the decoder whenever you work another station.
