I'm using GA V2.0.1; I erred on the version in my original post. The Time.is app shows my timing is 0.007 seconds off so accuracy is not the problem. My soundcard speaker is a Microsoft high-definition audio device that tests out as working fine.
In my haste I forgot to mention that the waterfall shows nothing at all. It is completely blank, no evident of noise let alone received signal traces. I do observe signals on my panadapter so the K3 is working fine on receive.
