An oddity related to this is that checking "Allow Tx Frequency Changes While Transmitting" is required not just for Tx, but also for Rx frequency changes while transmitting. When not checked, when transmitting, both Tx and Rx spinners are grayed out, and left-clicking on the waterfall does nothing. A small thing, but was there in 2.1 also.
