After reading each response, I changed my mind and I will not insist existing experience for the candidate of the band plan. I interpret our duty is to help Grant to finish his goals ASAP and then we will talk local regulation body to adopt IARU band plan and promote them to local hams. By the way, I do not like to emphasis JA constrains to much in IARU discussion. They are today’s constrains created by the past experiences. I have my confidence our local regulation body has open-mind enough to listen IARU intention for future. Grant, please periodically inform your progress for us. Thank you again.
