I think all you need to do is configure the WSJT audio to use the audio channel 
that goes to you transmitter for transit, and connect the WSJT audio receive 
channel to the SDR audio.  You may have to use a virtual audio channel.  It’s 
difficult to suggest a detailed set up without knowing the specific equipment 
you want to use.

Look at you WSJT setup tab and see what sources you have listed.
