Hi Dwayne,

I could not see any statement in the QSO matching rules in the LoTW FAQ section 
'What constitutes a QSO "match?" ' about the rig requirements nor about 
frequencies used on a band. 
Actually could you explain what you mean by the "split TX/RX is not permitted", 
please?
