Hi Ed,
It sounds like you are at the forefront of developing a new beacon network ;-) I
would suggest that you consider setting up your beacons to transmit FT in the first
and third 15 seconds of each minute, with CW and SSB each in one of the other two
sequences. As long as your transmitter is synced with UTC, people will be able to
decode the FT8 sequences.
