1. No. While we think it's important to either garnish wages or repo the car to show a consequence to non-payment, we don't want to put time & energy into making people's credit report worse.   2. Haven't had the opportunity yet. The one car that was reposessed was in bad shape.   3. So far, we've reposessed two cars and it wasn't really worth the cost. We have used outside businesses to do reposession and disposal.
