I agree that this is a good idea and all, however it would have been really nice to maybe have brought this up at a meeting and gotten a base for how many people we were going to be able to accommodate. I wouldn't mind so much having people stay, but my roommates had already planned out their weekend and I'm not about to inconvenience them by saying I'm having a bunch of people come stay in our floor. It takes more than a week of planning to figure all this out. Next year, I think it would be great to do again, but bring it up to everyone before promising it to other schools. That way we can also avoid having to say "Sorry we weren't able to work out the arrangements, you'll have to find somewhere else to stay."
