OK, so the last component which gets added to the path:
%CABAL_DIR%\wxc-%WXC_VERSION%\%GHC_VERSION%
That looks like something which really shouldn't be there, what exactly is
it used for? Also, is WXWIN used during the build process, as well as when
updating the path?
