supports vs 2005 and that's good - so we can move to xerces 3.0.

Xerces-C 3.0 has _not_ been officially released. The source for the 3.0
builds is the head of the main svn repository. The source for the
corresponding Xalan 1.11 release will also be the head of the Xalan-C
repository.
